This CLN Theme Page has links to information about Fitness. Students and teachers will find curricular resources (information, content...) to help them learn about this topic. In addition, there are also links to instructional materials (game directions, lists of exercises, lessons) which will help teachers provide instruction in this theme.

- Designed for all kids, not just athletes, The Locker Room offers information
on a dozen popular sports: baseball, basketball, bowling, field hockey, football,
gymnastics, hockey, running, soccer, swimming, tennis, and volleyball. The
contents in each section vary but typically there'll be information on the
sport's history, rules, scoring, fun facts and a glossary. The site also has
a section describing a variety of stretching drills and one on working through
problems with teammates and coaches.
